Change of Leadership at Brytor Atlantic Region

Brytor International Moving has announced a significant transition within its leadership team. After a remarkable 50-year career in the moving industry, Mark Thompson is retiring. Dan Ferguson will be stepping into the role of General Manager for the Atlantic region of Canada.

Mark Thompson (on the left side of the photo) has left an indelible mark on the Canadian moving industry over the past half-century, making an exceptional contribution to the sector. His career is filled with successes and international awards in sales and customer service. In recent years, he has held the position of General Manager for Guardian Transfer & Storage. Subsequently, he founded Brytor’s Halifax branch, built a strong and loyal team, and successfully led Brytor’s establishment and growth in the Atlantic provinces. Mark has been a valuable partner for Brytor International. He is sincerely thanked for his years of dedication and wished a well-deserved retirement.

Dan Ferguson

Dan Ferguson (on the right side of the photo), a seasoned executive in logistics and transportation, takes over as General Manager for the Atlantic region. Dan has a diversified career in retail and transportation management, with particular expertise in home delivery services, moving, and storage, where he recently worked at Thompson’s Moving Group Limited. Dan will also bring his expertise as a real estate agent with Royal LePage Atlantic, where he excels in negotiation, marketing, and sales. His deep understanding of local clientele and their relocation needs is a significant asset. His commitment to customer satisfaction and referrals is at the core of his professional approach. Dan is enthusiastic about leading the Brytor team in Halifax and continuing to provide exceptional services to clients while strengthening Brytor’s leadership position in the Atlantic region.
